High winds develop behind another cold front Thursday

Another cold front Thursday afternoon will bring strong winds through Friday morning, along with another round of freezing temperatures. A cold front has been moving across New Mexico Wednesday, bringing cooler temperatures and gusty southwest winds up to 45 mph.
