Vacant property in the International District to turn into wellness center and community kitchen

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A vacant property in Albuquerque's International District will be getting a new life, thanks to a city councilor's latest participatory budgeting effort. Councilor Nichole Rogers said the old Shriners property on Zuni Road will be turned into a wellness center and community kitchen.
