Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad offering one day only 'Oktoberfest Express' train ride

CHAMA, N.M. (KRQE) – The Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad announced a new train ride coming this fall. On September 12, the scenic railroad will begin the Oktoberfest Express, where those aboard will get to experience a German-inspired dinner as they travel from Chama through the San Juan Mountains to Osier Station.
