Man accused of harassing neighbors on Albuquerque's Westside to stay in custody until hearing

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused of harassing neighbors on Albuquerque's westside while armed with a weapon will remain in custody. Earlier this week, 60-year-old Kenneth Bair was taking pictures of people's houses in the Ventana Ranch area while carrying an assault style rifle.
