State opens new substance abuse treatment facility in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute is set to open a new substance abuse treatment facility in Las Vegas. The Epi-Duran Substance Abuse Treatment facility will help people in need of both detox and residential care.
