Albuquerque City Council approves tax incentives on hotel development in Sawmill District

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque City Council approved tax incentives to develop two franchise hotels in the Sawmill District. The $40-million development will be two connected hotels, a Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites near Old Town, between the Museum District and the Sawmill Market.
